Prime Time Funk is a powerhouse, 10-piece horn band made up of the cream of Rochester's crop of great musicians. No posers, no bullshit -- these guys just play their asses off, and their energy and joy is infectious. Rooted in jazz, these funk-loving musicians get their groove on while making sure that audiences get off too. PTF's debut CD was co-produced by RPO Principal Pops Conductor and Grammy Award-winner Jeff Tyzik. The guys are currently recording a follow-up CD dedicated to their late bassist, Ralph Ortiz. Sally has been able to help out with promotion many times over the band's 14-year history.
